Collection and processing of personal data through our public website

There are various situations in which Bedrijfsrooster receives your data through this publicly accessible website. This expressly does not include the processing of data through the private software, which is accessible only with a user account. We explain this in more detail below.

  • Free trial account: When you create a free trial account, we record your name, company name, email address, IP address and telephone number. We use this data to activate your account, provide support and keep you informed about our services, for example through our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • User/employee account: If you are registered as a user/employee through the software, the person who registered you, such as your employer, is responsible. You should direct any further requests for information or contact to that person and/or your employer.
  • Contact forms: If you complete a contact form or send us an email, we process the data you provide to answer your question and, where appropriate, follow up.
  • Analytics tools: We use analytical data (such as pages visited and click behaviour) to improve our website. These statistics cannot be traced back to an individual.

Please consult the Data Processing Agreement for the policy on the processing of data by Bedrijfsrooster on behalf of the Controller, which in most cases is your employer or the client for whom you perform professional activities.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If you would like more information or wish to contact us about your data, always include the email address with which you registered for a trial period. If your employer registered you as an employee in the Bedrijfsrooster software, your employer is responsible and you should contact the relevant person or department within that organisation.
